I find in general a very well run recycling centre with a dedicated staff and a tidy facility. However today I found one member of staff particularly unprofessional with a member of the public. The staff member (Steve) shouted at an older gentleman that he wasn't in the right place but then failed to assist him by actually standing up out of his chair to help this clearly confused older gentleman, who was clearly embarrassed by being shouted at. Its clear that this member of staff needs to be re trained in how to deal with older ones with respect.

A decent recycling centre with all sorts of skips, containers & waste disposal bins. They take pretty much everything by the looks of it & people on site were all friendly & offered to help dispose of the many items that I had. That's something that I have never experienced at different recycling centres. The only thing is, I'm unsure if you could take tyres here but they accept fridges, TV's, Microwaves, clothing, bottles, oils, cardboard, mattresses, non recycling gear, glass, polystyrene & much much more. It's a well organised place that I'd take full advantage of using if I were a local in the area.

Well laid out and friendly helpful staff.
As a lot of people are taking garden waste it would be sensible to have two bays at different ends open so you don't have to wait for someone to exit that bay before you can enter. Faster turnaround will allow more people to enter and exit faster.
