Ordered the Brema 256 ready for when I moved home, unfortunately once I had moved I found that the measurements I had been provided for the walls were incorrect and the wardrobe ordered wouldn't fit. I emailed the customer service team who amended my order to the 210 version, the customer service team were brilliant, they emailed me to let me know what was happening and then once the change had been processed they called me to confirm I was happy with everything. Today I had the wardrobe delivered and to say I love it is an understatement. It is a beautiful sturdy wardrobe with lots of space for mine and my partners clothes. I paid for the instalation service, 2 guys delivered and installed. They were both kind and friendly and extremely polite. They built the wardrobe for me and then allowed me time to look it over to make sure I was happy with the finished product. The customer care provided by Dako is one of the best I have experienced from their customer services team to the delivery and installation guys. I would 100% recommend Dako to anyone who is looking for good quality furniture and a professional business. Well done Dako, I will definitely be coming to you for future furniture needs.

They went above and beyond with my orders. We decked an entire room with a 2-in-1 desk bed, a corner wardrobe, and a shelving unit for a fraction of what other sites charged. After placing my order, I kept pestering them with emails because it looked too good to be true, but I shouldn’t have worried. Their delivery tracking system is excellent. It shows you the location of the driver in real time, and it lets drivers upload photos of the boxes as they are delivered, as well as the recipient’s signature. It’s all there for you to see.
THE WORST COMPANY TO USE (STAY AWAY) Moved into a new home and ordered a very expensive wardrobe from here which came and I payed to have assembled to which after a few days come apart. They came back out fixed it came apart again to which they then came back again and the same thing happened fell apart again. Okay they gave me the money back and collected the wardrobe. 2 years later I moved again and wanted a new wardrobe and came across another nice one on their site to which I ordered and again payed for it to be fitted I thought they surely couldn’t mess this up again. Instead they cancelled my order and now I’m left to wait 5 days for a refund. If I was you I’d avoid this company at all costs just isn’t worth your time use someone else cause this company is a complete joke. For the record you don’t even get 1 star from me if there was an option for less believe me I’d give it

I purchased the Porto graphite wardrobe from dako furniture after doing a bit of research online. The delivery guys were friendly placing the boxes where I asked. They opened the packages that contained the mirrored doors, inspected & photographed them to confirm they were OK. The quality is fantastic & the finish is great. The wardrobe is solid, the fixings are great quality and the runners for the sliding doors are so easy to install, adjust & light to use. The instructions are clear & precise, one minor recommendation would be to number the 7 larger panels which are slightly different sizes & sided with stickers, it would save the fitter time. It is only a little thing but once I sussed them out it was easy. I am now looking for more furniture on the dako website & have recommended to my family.
