Where to start - Dropped a need on Gemma last minute, she did everything she could to accomodate us. We had a time sensitive issue, no promises were made but Gemma said she would do what she could. And did she Deliver. Great quality carpet, fantastic price and fitted quickly, professionally and with great care by Tom. All while we had a baby!
