James and his Thermacool team came highly recommended by a very high-end cabinet maker whom we trust and who has worked previously with Thermacool. Consequently we were confident that we would get high quality work. This we did, but equally importantly we were very happy to have James and his crew working in our home. They treated it with respect and went to great efforts to minimise dust and disruption. When they left each evening everything was left neat, tidy and clean. They were also all nice guys, who we were happy to leave in our home when we were not there. Highly recommended.
After seeing such customer high ratings on google engaged with Thermacool. I very recently ordered a wall mounted and 2 ducted Panasonic units through he director, who was then elusive over the days following the order. My builders were putting pressure on me to have the air conditioning sorted before our property moved to the next phase of development. A week before our deadline I got a text message from the director saying he was dropping my job (6k) for a bigger job he had just secured, and apologised for the \poor communication\! Thank you Thermacool for dropping me in it and making my order feel worthless.

Thermacool were recommended to me by my brother who was pleased with their work. I am also very pleased with their work. They have installed 5 indoor a/c units and an outdoor unit. The indoor units look great. Communication with James was good. His team were polite and professional and turned up when expected. Their work was neat and they left my home tidy. I am happy that I chose Thermacool and would use them again in the future.
