Just had an amazing chicken & ham hock pie, washed down with a couple of pints of Cheshire Cat. Staff were friendly, the fires were lit & it was a pleasure to be here. Good food & a great selection of beer.

Just wow.... what a superb country pub, very well presented, and the food is stunning. The blonde lady that greeted us was absolutely lovely
The Yew Tree just gets better and better, despite all the trials and tribulations of our current COVID climate. The current owners have been there for just over twelve months - and obviously were forcibly closed for a lot of that - and yet the menu changes progressively and gets more imaginative. Friendly service, nice country- pub environment, and great food - what more could anyone want?
Sam helped us reorganise our wedding reception at the last minute and so we could celebrate in style and safety. An exceptional meal and delicious canapés that ensured a true celebration for our special day. Could not recommend more.
Only had beers, great ale warm welcome, bar snacks for free but was British and didn't have any
