Pleasantly surprised. We had be told not to bother as food wasn't good.....so glad we decided to see four ourselves. Great distancing for customers, needed to be careful as my Dad is 88 yrs old. Food was fabulous even though the menu was limited. Ham, egg & chips was amazing and the pie & sausage & mash the same. We will most definitely be going back. Huge thanks to Romina, very helpful and friendly.... a credit to the Woolpack.

Great pub. Has plenty of character and charm. The food is good quality and prepared with care. Menu is not too big but caters for everyone. The most important thing is they have a good NZ Savvy B
A fantastic Pub, run extremely well by the gay Landlord and his wonderful team. Always friendly and good fun! The customers are lovely people too. They all bought a copy of my latest book, 'Search for the Sunlight' A Treewood Adventure by Craig A. Thomson. The book is available on Amazon. After a couple of pints in the Woolpack, it will make you smile.
I admire this restaurant very much. theres a friendly air. The food is wonderful. the service is effective and the stuff is friendly. The pay is reasonable. deeply recommend.
Halloumi burger and Bacon & Camembert baguette, were superb. Home made onion rings were gigantic and also delicious. Highly recommended
