Went into the shop today to buy wool for a couple of projects. Out of no where a voice barked 'you've not hot a mask on' I replied that I wasn't wearing one for health reasons. She said we have got to ask. Really it didn't sound like that! Very rude! I've since ordered on line with another company.

Encouraging to see a privately owned specialist shop moving to larger premises. Very helpful advice in a field in which my knowledge is years (decades!) out of date.
