We just left their new office in The Woodlands, wonderful experience. We were greeted at reception, offered coffee and met with Cynthia for our appointment. She was very nice and professional, not to mention fast, each passport application only took 15 minutes. Once they took our photos we were on our way. We even purchased some pink leather passport covers from their little kiosk! They deserve 5 stars!!

Called twice, no answer, left no message or text. An hour passed and recieved a phone call from Cynthia , I was surprised to hear back from them , anyway she asked if I needed her services. I said yes and made an appointment for the following Monday. Took my mother to renew passport , it was fast and easy. My mother asked Cynthia several questions which she answered with pleasure. Both my mother and myself left the office happy. Highly recommend PassportWorld,LLC. to anybody looking to renew passport. Great professional staff.

We needed new passports for our 2 kids so we called PassportWorld. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and knowledge of passports.
