Absolutely fabulous updated interior.
Very much a locals pub. Good atmosphere, good selection behind the bar. Sunday night quiz is always fun. Needs a lick of paint, but this won't ruin your evening.
HSB was like ditchwater - the lady behind the bar spent a good minute trying to pump it through. Toilets have two decades of dead insects around the windows and sills. The pub reeked of toilet cleaner which made you feel nauseous. Best thing about the pub - the cinnamon and cranberry hand cleanser in the toilets!
