Two bifold doorsets delivered and installed today by Chris and Alex from the Windowman. Top job from start to finish from a highly recommended local company at a very competitive and clear price. Dean was very helpful with the order and updates even through Covid and Xmas tried to hamper us. Many Thanks, will definitely use again.

Completely unreliable, unprofessional and treacherous. I wrote to them and called them for three weeks until they called back to take my order. They took the order on Thursday 19-MAR-20 and closed down due to Covid-19 on Friday 20-MAR-20. I cancelled the order via the phone on 9-APR-20 and again in writing on 15-APR because they could not deliver as they were closed. I found another company that delivered the door I needed within a week of my order. I did not get any refund from The Window Man for the cancelled order although I was writing to them every week. Then, on 5-JUN-20, I have received an email at 8:00 am saying that they will deliver at 11:00 am on 5-JUN-20 the door that I have cancelled two months ago! In subsequent emails they told me that they were open for at least one week before 5-JUN-20. Yet they did not bother to either refund the cancelled goods or to contact me; they just went ahead and ordered the door to be manufactured although I have cancelled that order two months ago! I feel conned. I would like to warn everyone not to have any dealings with this company.
Do not use. Cheap, but products of average quality and problems we had with fitting of windows & gutters took ages to resolve. Unprofessional management who don't care and won't communicate once the job is paid for. The one decent manager they had (Rod) has left. Avoid. No surprise that other reviews report similar issues with this company. The service engineer they refer to below botched 4 of 5 simple jobs which is why I refused to have him back again. Our job started in mid-June and the latest problems were fixed today (October). I have lost count of the times we were promised someone would call when there was no show, with no apology or follow-up communications. The onus was always on the customer. More half truths from the company in their response below. I only paid on completion before we'd had a good downpour to test the guttering because Manager Rod gave his word problems would be fixed immediately by one of the better fitters. This payment reflects that I am fair minded and trusting rather than satisfied with the work as claimed below. If I'd known Rod was leaving they would still be waiting for their money. My trust in this company was certainly misplaced
Big thank you to the Window Man this is from Keith who sold us the windows, to Darren and the team of installers who were so helpful and the quality of the windows was second to none we plumped for the triple glazing option. The triple glazing version has cut down any noise also the house this winter was noticeably much warmer. Thanks once again.
Had a conservatory converted with warm style roof , job completed to a excellent standard, the staff from top to all the workforce were friendly and caring at all times , and so efficient and kept everything clean and tidy . Job well done, thank you !!!
