What a superb service this is. First class professionalism in every way from start to finish. We had our old/original stained glass top windows encapsulated in to the new ones and they look wonderful. Fitting was completed with the minimum of fuss and mess. Two experienced and skilful fitters were a joy to have about the house (masked and socially distanced at all times) And finally, top quality windows and doors that look and feel magnificent. A real 5 star experience. Thank you!

The window company have been great to work with. From the very beginning with the sales rep Paul through to Phil who carried out the the survey and finally through to the window fitting team. The service throughout was friendly, personable and professional. I had been very indecisive coming to a decision regarding the design of my windows and was given great advice by Phil. Without his advice based on his experience, I would have made the wrong choice. I'm so pleased with the end result and the patterns I chose so thank you Phil! When it came to the fitting there was an initial problem on the first day of installation which was actually down to the manufacturers and not the window co. I had been concerned that the problem might linger for several weeks however business owner Wayne was quick to respond and put pressure on the manufacturers to ensure that our window order was replaced quickly and efficiently. What I imagined might take a good few weeks in actual fact only took a fortnight to rectify. We were then fortunate to receive double the team of fitters on the second/final fitting day, meaning that it took them just one day as opposed to two dditional days to complete the job. The fitters were all great, Nev and Alan, who we'd had from the start and their two colleagues were all superb. All of them got stuck in from the moment they arrived and they didn't stop all day. They are a great team, you could see how well they all got on with each other and worked together and they were a nice group of guys to chat to. They were happy to answer all of my questions and also to touch up silicone which both myself and my son had messed up since the first day through poking our fingers in it! In summary, The Window Co are a great team, we received a brilliant service from them all and I would highly recommend them if you are considering new windows.

I had all my windows and doors installed just before Christmas along with a 6 metre set of Bi-Fold doors. The whole installation done in 2 days and the lads where very professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Had The Window Company out to fit a back door and 1st floor window first week of November this year. 8/9 years ago I had them out fit two ground floor windows and one 1st floor windows to the same property. When they came out measure the window and back door I asked if I could get the windows they fitted 8/9 years ago resealed as water is getting in between the window frame and brickwork. I was told, no problem. Second measure up for this job, I asked again as I saw it was not marked down on the quote. Was told again, no problem just give the lads a \few quid\ and they will sort it for you. Day of the fitting, two lads come, I asked them at the start of the job about the three windows that need resealing and ill give you some cash. No problem, they told me. End of the install I get given the invoice and a walk around. I then asked, did you reseat the other windows, no, I've got your number so I will ring you and get it done. That was six weeks ago!!! I sent two messages though the contact us on their website asking, can we get this finished and I'm happy to pay. No response from them. Getting someone else now to finish this job up.

Would definitely recommend The Window Company - they have done nearly all the windows in our house now! Great job on bay windows with new stained glass at the top to match existing stained glass in the property. Also fitted a great looking, secure back door. Most recently, they've transformed an old stained glass window on our landing through encapsulating the original glass. Professional, fantastic job every time. Thank you!
