Beautiful location, fabulous service, warm welcoming on arrival and really lovely food. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Highly recommended for any occasion, but would be a great venue for weddings and parties. Loved it.

Went with my wife and four children, the team coped with a party of 6 with ease. Our waitress (the lady with the slight SA accent) was engaging, attentive, friendly and professional, the views to the rear are stunning. There is a great outside area for the children to run around in whilst us adults enjoyed a drink, and they built up an appetite. The food was delicious, we had The Windmill Burgers, the Chicken Burgers and a one Sea bass (tasty but not could have been bigger). All hot and succulent. We read previous reviews about the brownies, but these are off the menu now! Great job Team Windmill, thank you!
Lovely roast beef dinner here today. Plus dessert. We had the triple choc brownie. Something special right there.
So last time we came here, it was like an old people's nursing home. What a turn around. The main restaurant is set out very nicely and then you can eat outside on the decking, with stunning views. The service is very helpful and friendly. The food is great. And cost of the meal is very competitive
Beautifully restored building and excellent restaurant. Outstanding service from the management and whole team with a special mention to Pedro, who greeted us and got us seated while running a speedy service. Terrific terrace with seating and view of the Cotwalds countryside. Food from starters to dessert was excceptional. Couldn’t ask for a better find in the area!
