The Winchester Orangery

A friend and I planned a brunch out for today and had several options of eateries. But, TWO just stood out, with their choice of foods to order and how delicious they sounded. We were seated straight away as we were just two and we were very well looked after, our waitress came back to ensure we were OK and had received our order. The food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommended a visit!!

Honestly, one of the best lattes you will find in Winchester. 100% my go to for a take away coffee now! Their sit in breakfast waffles are also incredible :)

Sunday brunch. It was busy when we arrived,the staff were so friendly and helpful and showed us to a bar area so we could wait for a table. We didn’t have to wait long. The menu was really different and exciting. I had butter bean hummus with mushrooms and broccoli with Za’tar spices. My partner had eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. We shared the waffles with mint yogurt and berries. The food was really good, the staff were very friendly and efficient. Well worth a visit

Good food, average price and charming atmosphere and aesthetics. my score is for attention. I have been twice and I will not return again. The first time I got a bad taste in my mouth for the same reason the attention of this waitress and this second time the same. Almost with the bite in the mouth and we put the bill without having asked for it as well as bringing us the machine to collect without asking for it. Very unpleasant. I will not return or recommend it. An evening that promised to be pleasant has been a disaster only and exclusively for the blonde waitress who serves in the dining room, the rest charming.
