Went to this pub because it was the highest rated pub food in Mamesbury. We had 4 guests all meals tasted of nothing and we certainly conjectured if the mashed potatoes were from an instant mix and if the pie filling was from a tin. I wouldn't have bothered giving a negative review if I assumed it was reminiscent of a Whetherspoons. But I definitely felt tricked thinking it had the highest rated food in town.

Perfect Sunday lunch, and the beer was good too. From Phil Parker.
Food and drinks were excellent. Service a little slow, but we surely have to make allowances in these Covid-19 times. All felt quite normal and comfortable yet still safe.
