Went here for the Sunday roast. It did NOT disappoint the roasts were fantastic. Our group had the pork and beef ... great portions with outstanding roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings. The desserts were great also with us having the pavlova, sticky toffee pudding and apple/blackberry crumble The service was excellent and all delivered in a covid secure environment. Would recommend you book and go!

Absolutely lovely food and plenty of drinks to choose from. Lovely quaint place with lots of little alcoves where you can sit and eat the great comfortably knowing that the Covid 19 measures are securely in place for everyone's safety. We loved our visit and would recommend this great place to anyone. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with Information about a variety of subjects. Thanks again to everyone. Give it a try.
Wonderful food and service! We had the Roast duck leg (special) and the Steak and Ale pie - so good! Plus a chocolate fudge cake for dessert... Yum! Also the staff kindly offered to let us charge our phones behind the bar. Thank you!
A week trip in cornwall so decided to pop round for lunch. Very weary/ nervous. Absolutely brilliant service . Lots of food/ kid-friendly food to choose from! DIVINE Food that melts in your mouth ( if it needs to! ) all half price but I would pay full price if told to!!!!! 5 STAR PLACE!!!!!!
Nearby pub to the holiday cottage we rented for the week. Booked Sunday lunch here (which was handy as they were busy) and it didn't disappoint. Good choice of food and good portion sizes. We were lucky with the weather so sat in their large garden overlooking fields and the nearby church. Staff were fantastic and worked very hard to make sure we enjoyed our lunch, exceptional service given the new rules/covid safety features. Highly recommend
