The White Hart Inn - Weston In Gordano

Had a fab Sunday lunch today with my wife and friend Nikki. We were all bowled over with the quality and the service was very good too. We cannot recommend the White Hart enough of all the restaurants and pubs we go to. Also COVID controls evident and well organised. Just a great meal and time out. Thanks to all at the White Hart. Excellent.

A very eclectic set up at the back of the main building, nice enough though. Efficient friendly service. All the rules followed to the letter here

We were so pleased to be able to go back here, we’ve had such good meals and even held a 60th party in the tippee, so have always been pleased but, this time I have to say it was so disappointing, on arrival everything was good regarding the corona virus, given all the necessary instructions. When our starter arrived 2 of our party did not get what they thought, we did say something but there was a misunderstanding apparently, the main course 3 roast dinners and a burger were all very disappointing, roast potatoes were more like boiled and a very strange choice of veg, it all had a funny taste to it and all I ate was the chicken, they could see from how much I left that I obviously didn’t like it but nothing was said, I really wish we all would have said something as none of us enjoyed it. It will be a long time before we return again.

The White Hart is is simultaneously a village pub and a destination venue. Menus are good pub & restaurant food alongside a notable pizzeria menu. The garden has been described by the media as 'jaw dropping'. With shop and private dining available too.
