Fantastic Sunday lunch. A great pub with very friendly staff (and some very friendly dogs!)
Great traditional pub. Ticks all the boxes for me, dog friendly, good choice of ales, good food, reasonable prices, motorbike friendly AND friendly staff.
I bought my first pint here when I was [--] years old. The bloke clearly knew I was [--] years old but he helped pick a nice ale. Forever in my heart!
Have been using the pub on and off since the late 70's. Having visited a number of times since covid I have to congratulate Claire and Mark for not only their handling of customer safety but the way in which they have created a warm and cosy atmosphere through refurbishment all this despite the current restrictions.
