What a beautiful, cosy and friendly country pub with a lovely garden to the rear. A pleasant choice of beer and the food is good. We sat outside on the raised area outside in the fresh air. The tables are well spaced and it was noticeable that the tables and seating was careful cleaned and sprayed before and after the customers. The staff seemed to take all sensible hygiene precautions and wore masks. I was asked for my contact details for any tracking that may be necessary. We had a great lunch, chatted to the new owners and headed home across the fields to finish our walk. A grand day out.

Lovely little pub, gorgeous food! We ordered from the outdoor menu, our food came in takeaways boxes but it was fantastic. Would definitely return.
Absolutely lovely meal 26.08.20 Young bar and service staff did a cracking job, they were polite and worked their socks off. Well done to them and the chef. Would highly recommend. See you again soon
Stopped here during a cycle ride today. Plenty of outside seating to enjoy great burgers, really incredible chips and good cider. Would definitely stop again.
