Great sport focused bar. Extensive range of your more commercial lager/ale/cider. Nice small garden out back. Has a great atmosphere for the big national games. When schedules don't conflict you can catch other sporting events, but football is the focus naturally.
Our go to sports pub. Great array of beer, great hosts. When they are showing rugby (or that weird game where they kick a spherical ball), the pub is full of people having a great time watching sport. Sometimes they bring out sausages in a bun at half time. My son loves the place and is looking forward to being able to drink more than diet coke, in a couple of years!
Went in last night for first time. Red lion shut. Enjoyed every minute there. Just Like our pub at home. Looking after our grandkids for next 4 weeks on a Sunday Defo coming back in. Xxx thank you
