A locals pub that by chance serves dinner. The locals are welcome, the decor is nationalistic. I love the humorous paraphernalia dotted around. The small, pedestrian seating area on the upper floor area is comfortable offering a good view of whole pub. The service is warm and relaxed, but the food unfortunately lacks quality compared to its sibling independent pubs. An easy walk home if you live in West Malling.

You'll feel amazingly welcomed by Terry and the team, the food is incredible thanks to the chef Josh - great value for money with massive portions of food that tastes so good. On sunny days the beer garden is just perfect and you can take your pooch too! Everything you could want and more.

We visited the Wheatsheaf with our friends for a comedy night. It was a very enjoyable evening, as you are up close to the comedian's which makes it more enjoyable. If you want too sit down for the evening it is better to book seats at the time of booking, seats go very quickly so need to book early, otherwise you have to stand in the bar area. The staff are very friendly and attentive, we are going back again for the next comedy night, towards the end of the month, can not wait.

Proper homely pub. The owners and staff are such a lovely bunch of people to get chatting to. Huge big telly for the sports and a cozy open fireplace.
