Family friendly pub/restaurant. Food was delicious, we had salt & pepper tofu for starters. Followed by Steak Frites with Diane sauce and cod Jerk with vegetables. All fresh & full of flavour. Our children really enjoyed their meals, and we felt very welcomed as a young family to be there. Ale was spot on. Highly recommend.

Fantastic takeaway from The Wheatsheaf. Compliments to The Chief. The double cheese burger was spot on & my wife Jayne Jones loved the Tofu Thai Red Curry. Well done. Made lockdown a bit more bearable. We’ll be back!

We called in for light lunch on way to Lakes. We both had a starter fishcake poached egg and spinach cream. We shared a portion of chips. It was absolutely delicious and the chunky chips were outstanding. Well done we loved it. Such good value too

Friendly staff. Didn't have to wait long for food. Fish n chips big portion very good steak pie n chips looked delicious hubby cleared his plate. Daughter had Greek salad very disappointing very little feta cheese lots n lots of olives wasn't worth the price 13.95 even at the 50% off. Still go back n try something else.
