The Wetherby Whaler - Outwood Empire

Great food cooked fresh to order. Served within minutes and piping hot. We used the drive through to order, and then parked up in the car park to eat. It was all very easy and efficient. The food was delicious and came in a bag containing disposable wooden cutlery and paper napkins. The staff were pleasant and helpful. A fantastic lunch. We will be back.

Now owned by Wetherby Whaler, this fish and chip restaurant, takeaway and drive thru is still very good value for money to eat in and the giant haddock is exactly as described, worth a visit whether you're just peckish or feeling ravenous. Friendly and courteous staff, would definitely recommend

This is the latest addition to the Wetherby Whaler chain and we only went as it has a drive through which was a safer option in lockdown. It was surprisingly good. Service was quick and efficient with ordering done via an intercom with contactless payment and collection at a window. The fish and chips come in cardboard cartons and a paper carrier bag. The quality of both the fish and the chips was excellent. Not as good as my usual local Robin Hood Fish n' Chips a couple of miles up the road, but definitely as good as most local fish and chip shops.

We came to here to try the srive thru out and it was so good. The service was great and the quality of the fish and chips was spot on. Very fresh food too.

Yummy fish and chips as always. Excellent socially distanced service and not too long to queue. Definitely will return.
