What a nice place ..... from outside you wouldn’t think how good is the restaurant. Definitely the chef didn’t learn how to cook in a local restaurant - everything was high end quality. The staff is all young and energetic. Please find the place and try the food

Turned up here today for lunch. Didn’t expect much. How wrong could I be. I had their fish and chips. It was like eating food that had been prepared in a 3 star Michelin restaurant. Anyone can do fish and chips you say, but this was the Very best I have ever had. Dipping the chips in mushy peas, tartar sauce and mustard doesn’t sound good, but it was fabulous. And best of all when I asked if it could be gluten free, “not a problem sir”. And all at a reasonable price!! Can’t wait to go back.
Anniversary meal. The food was cooked to perfection. Great selection of starters, mains and desserts. Good selection of wine and ales, chose the Sharps pilsner Staff very attentive but unobtrusive. Certainly worth the money
An incredible meal! We ate fresh scallops and sardines caught that day on the boat docked right beside us. Food was spectacularly good - we'd go back in a heartbeat if it weren't for the 7 hour drive. The staff are delightful, and we were even invited to pop outside to watch the sunset mid-meal.
