Stopped for a drink and sandwich yesterday lunchtime. Very tasty food - scotch egg was good - and all arrived quickly. Very friendly staff and clear Covid restrictions in place. We sat outside in the under cover area - very comfortable. Would definitely visit again.
First time visit, very helpful and polite staff, young lad was very attentive. Food was excellent and very large portion, great PRICE. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely lunch.
Great location on the waters edge. Good sized garden to front and rear. Covid provention in place, although other customers waited a long time to be acknowledged after they rang the doorbell! We only had a drink, 2pints cider, 8.
We stop here every year on our way from Norwich to Sidmouth. Clean toilets, good food and drink and dog friendly upstairs in the bar. Lovely walk along the canal to stretch your legs after a long drive.
