Nice little village pub for people of all ages. Has a selection of drinks from its in house bar and delicious food. It has plenty of outside seating for hot days and a wood burner inside for cold nights. Staff are lovely and do all they can to help. Currently they are going above and beyond to help protect customers and themselves from covid so is very safe. Parking is limited so be sure to arrive earlier rather than later. The menu is changed regularly so you will always have different experiences when you come. The pub is child and wheelchair friendly. Overall the atmosphere is very vibrant but a homely village pub.

Went for a Sunday roast. Staff are superb and all safey measures in place are great. The dinner itself was a little disappointing, beef roast with the beef tasting more like stewed rather than roasted although it tasted superb, roast potatoes and yorkie also nice but what let this meal down was the lack of veg with just a few carrots and some peas. Could have been a great meal instead just ok.

Couldn't have asked for more. Covid safe. 50% off food. Met up with 2 friends at lunch time although it was 4.30 before we left. We decided lunch time worked out better for us as we had plenty of time to talk and catch up. Very good service. Excellent polite and friendly staff. Would recommend especially while the 50% offer on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtime is on through October and November making it even more value for money.

I was impatient and hungry but when I ordered the appetiser soup I forgot I was even waiting. Food is good wait staff are nice and the place is clean. There's different rooms to sit in so it's nice to choose where you want to eat.
