After having been happy with the same optician for the last 30 years I was very nervous about finding a new one. However I did not need to worry as I was lucky enough to find the Vision Clinic. I could not fault the professional service from my initial telephone enquiry to when I picked up my new spectacles. I was made to feel very welcome throughout my appointments. I have been going to this lovely family practice for over ten years despite moving over 20 miles away as I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eye health. Tanveer always does a thorough eye check and recommends the best lenses for me and I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone!
Superb customer service at competitive prices. I am based in Ireland. Visiting opticians during COVID-19 restrictions has become difficult, so I emailed some with queries. Tanveer in the Vision Clinic was extremely helpful, and I was able to complete the entire transaction (selecting and paying for frames and lenses) remotely. I now have a great pair of new specs which I could not have sourced locally.
