Great place in a smashing community. Only had a couple of pints, but been there many times over the years. I'm guessing under new management as was alot better

we eat here many times in our 2 weeks holiday, lovely meals, large sizes, and very nice staff friendly will be going back in may and September next year can't wait
Nice village pub, pleasant staff. Good real ale. Food was good too and not to pricey. Dog friendly. Used by the locals so must be OK.
Lovely local pub we found whilst staying at St Helens, the land lady was so helpful and told us about a short cut which literally takes two minutes to get you back to the resort. Food was stunning and a minimal wait, the bar man was really friendly, and to top it off the locals were very welcoming and made us feel at home to be fair we will definitely miss this little gem. A big plus it is also dog friendly and straight away they appeared with a water bowl and treats a lovely gesture!
