Been useing village spice since they opened but just lately the food has gone downhill when you ask for salad you just get lettuce and onion. Ordered a biryani tonite i asked for it to be very hot and when it came it wasn't. Naan bread was cold. Think i will be finding somewhere else from today...

Few months ago I gave 5 stars, but second time in a couple of weeks waited 2 hours for food. When it arrived I have never seen so much greese, we had to take the wrap off as it was soaking wet. If I was in a restaurant I would of walked out. Will be finding a new place, such a shame as been going since opened.

Had two orders from here in the last fortnight. Can't fault it myself, Friendly staff, Hot food and always full of flavor.

For a small \village\ I'm surprised how many good rating this place has. I've had from here a few times and always disappointed by the quality of the food. The chips are always too hot as if they have been reheated, sometimes the takeaway carton it comes in had melted. The currys always arrives cold even though I live a stone throw away. My pizza is 50/50, either its okay or burnt - same goes for the garlic pizza. Donner meat will sometimes arrive cold which again we live very close to the takeaway. Oh, and sometimes they pack your cold drinks with your food so that your drinks are warm when you receive them.. I'm not saying avoid this place but be prepared to be possibly disappointed.
