We enjoyed an excellent tasty three course evening meal here. The views are spectacular as is the food. The bass was delicious and the dark chocolate sublime. Cost was a secondary consideration. Book your table well in advance and enjoy the experience :)

You may decide to navigate your way down the very steep cliff path down to \Boiler Beach\, which has the remnantes of a rusted shipwrecked boiler down on the shore, hence \Boiler\. Can be surfed with various craft IF the tide is right AND you know what you're doing.
Tasty meal with a view. The starters were average (we had scallops and a chicken liver pate) but the mains were fantastic. Subtle flavours paired expertly. We are outside and got to experience the beautiful sunset as we had our meal. Highly recommend.
Isn’t it just great to have a local restaurant service good quality food and service. Well this is the place! You need to try their seafood options as it’s just amazing. The price is reasonably higher than normal as you are at a sea side. But the view (should you book in advance to get the window side tables) will add to your dining experience.
After half a dozen visits I have yet to fault The View. Service, menu and the food are all excellent, making a 90 mile round trip for us worth doing regularly. Certainly amongst the top few culinary best 'must go' restaurants in Devon and Cornwall
