We really enjoyed our afternoon having a few drinks here.. Firstly the staff were switched on very helpful and attentive. Beers were excellent as was the wine. Decor is great and buzzing atmosphere. Shame Oxford doesn't have more like this one. Difficult act to follow.
Cosy, slightly quirky pub that's well worth going out of the way for. Interesting range of drinks, a backyard covered smoking area (good in lockdown), and nearly always bustling and busy. Just hope it survives current circumstances as it's a truly great pub - particularly with the large hanging model aircraft in the main room.
Loved the vibe of the pub and really liked the pies ! Highly recommend!
Really nice old-school pub. Decor is on-point, drinks are great, and the atmosphere has an excellent vibe.
