From day one or my puppy's visits he has been happy to go in, see everyone and get his appointment done. The friendly, helpful staff as always there ready for puppy cuddles, with help and advice. The puppy socializing is a great thing to take part in as it's not just playing there is training, tips, help and advice.
Excellent service from Steph. Called a number of vets to enquire about puppy vaccines. Steph, a vet at the practice kindly took the time to call me back and explain our options thoroughly. They clearly care about the small details.
Compassionate veterinary team! All the vets seem to genuinely care for the welfare of your pet and do what they can to improve the quality of their life. Very happy and would recommend!
I just wanted to say how great this veterinary surgery is. We've been coming here with our dogs for nearly 8 years, and the reception staff, nurses and vets have all been cheerful and welcoming, caring about our animals and extremely helpful. In fact, our three dogs like going to visit the vet and are never nervous and don't have to be dragged in!!! I think that says it all really ;)
