Previously, I have had fantastic food from here which is why I've been generous with the rating. Unfortunately, there has been a steep decline in service. Food was over 90 minutes late (they did ring to inform us of this). The chips and mushrooms were lovely, but the parmesans were dry. They have a good customer service team and polite drivers, but time management in all areas needs to improve.
