Bight a brand new Snok Alien vape. It broken within 3--4 days. Took it back to them with proof of purchase and they said they would have to send it off to manufacturer. I said I don't wanr a refund I just want a new vape..They have no clue about the 2015 Statutory rights act. I have now taken up the case with the local ombudsman and WILL get a FULL refund within the next 10 days. Spoke to shop owner on phone and was very aggressive with me. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!

Good shop the only let down would be the opening and closing times. They need to change the opening time to 9:30.. Hardly ever there for 9am and close earlier than 5
