Purchased a Vape Mod, 2 Sony batteries and some new e-liquids from a Gorgeous woman behind the counter. Went home, charged them up and put them into the mod to find out it was faulty. One phone call later, I'd arranged to go in and exchange it for another. Unfortunately they didn't have another red so I settled for purple. Turned out that the purple one was also faulty. (Seemed like a manufacturer fault) I spent a while with her and shed recommended a few others and I actually walked out with a Smok Rigel red/black and she threw in a bubble glass, talked me through its config and i was a very happy guy again. She certainly knows her stuff. Highly recommended to visit them. Wish i took her name! Thank you mysterious woman :)

Always have loads of top quality liquids available in loads of different flavours .The staff are very friendly and always helpful when wishing to try out new flavours . Rachel such a lovely lady and her dad tez always brings a smile to everyone face such a lovely family business. Plus they your spoilt for choice with all the latest vape machine. Brilliant shop one of the best in the Midlands buy far . Try the shop out you won't be disappointed just impressed.
Terry is an absolute legend. This guy knows his vapes and liquids. He personally tries each liquid before putting it out onto the shop floor for sale. He took the time to look at my current vape and improved the taste by an amazing amount! 10 out of 10 for customer service and quality of product
