A fantastic gym with a great community. The gym itself has everything to offer: strength; conditioning and yoga. The PTs and coaches are very knowledgeable and support every member regardless of their starting points and goals. They have thought of absolutely everything. Sign up! You won't be disappointed.

Cannot recommend this gym highly enough - the facilities are fantastic but more importantly the leadership and staff are second to none. Jemma and the team are supportive, informative and push you in the right way to be the best you can be, both physically and mentally. The classes are inclusive of all abilities and you genuinely get a sense of achievement out of each session. This is more than just a gym, it's a team and one I would recommend people be part of!

Friendly place. Members very supportive and the owner and coaches are very good at what they do - regardless of what you're looking to achieve. The type of place where everybody seems to say hello and know each other, but isn't at all cliquey. Equipment really good as well.

Love training at the Unit. Every session is different, adaptable to all levels and mostly its enjoyable! Maybe not that assault bike! Jemma and the team work together in supporting each individual member and encourage them to give 100%. The gym is a friendly supportive place and unlike any other gym I have been to. Jemmas ambition and professionalism is amazing. She is so supportive and encouraging. I would highly recommend The Unit. *****

Brilliant facility, everything you could wish for. Great atmosphere, if you like training/workout hard then this is the place for you.
