Recently moved to Welshpool and only just found this place. The food is 1st class sausage egg and mushroom sandwiches are awesome big big sandwiches good price . Very friendly staff and very organised , I would definitely recommend this to everyone

We made a special journey to have breakfast here on Monday 2/9/19. We'd been in the past and enjoyed our breakfast and the warm welcome and this time was no different. With staff that have over 20years service invested in the tuck box, serving and waiting and loads of involvement as a business with local good causes. How can you go wrong, when going here. Good staff and good food.
Had the omelet off the new menu it was fantastic reasonable priced. Would recommend the tuck box to anyone who would ask where to go for a nice lunch. Also the dinners are tip top to. My only criticism is that the hearty breakfast should come with a tea or a coffee but can’t fault anything else
If I could give no stars, I would. Undercooked Hash browns were dark grey inside. Disgusting. Eggs cooked in a dirty pan. Cheap sausages. Even the toast was soggy. I am all for supporting independent businesses but this place is a joke. So disappointing.
Excellent little cafe. Local food, freshly prepared. Great value.
