I visited this Food Bank 3 weeks ago, and also today 4/12/18. The reception I received was so warm and reassuring. The staff are so caring and understanding, and offered me a cuppa as soon as I walked through the door. The lady that dealt with me was lovely and made me feel relaxed. She had genuine empathy for me in my present situation. I cannot thank the food bank staff enough.
