Absolute 5 star place! Had some early brunch with perfectly poached eggs and fresh tasty sourdough, so yum! Materials and cooking were great. Service also great, responsive and happy to tailor the order. Nice, well- lit seating area next to a big window with views of the square. Fresh flowers on the table are always a bonus too. Really impressed!

Food looked great but the coffee was disappointing. More importantly I'd like to have seen some Covid safe measures, a small dose of sanitiser at the door doesn't really cover it. No face covering on staff, cash only payment and laminated menus. With better Covid safe measures and some barista training it could be perfect.
I am a pretty avid cafe goer so I've seen a few in my time and I must say, this place was absolutely smashing! Great variety on the menu, Excellent quality ingredients (which is normally the let down). Great staff/owner. Comfy chairs. Even down the toilet which had lots of thought gone into it and provided products such as deodorants, wet wipes, lady products. Just a really brilliant cafe!
There are not many benefits of being in lockdown, but top of the list must be having your Sunday dinner delivered to your front door from The Tradesman's Entrance! Roast beef with all the trimmings, beautifully cooked! Thanks very much Team TE!
