Very cosy little old pub with loads of history and charm...Log fire burning away...Happy friendly staff...lovely
I went here two days ago with my parents for a pub lunch and we all had the creamy chicken pie. It was obviously home made and had huge chunks of chicken breast inside with mushrooms and a tasty sauce. All in all a lovely lunch. The service was fast and efficient, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The premises itself is a lovely old pub with a large traditional fireplace, quaint character. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go back again when I come over to visit my parents.
We met with family here today and loved it! Lovely food, great attentive staff and a fab children's playhouse in the garden. Highly recommended
