This pub is very cosy and staff very friendly ... they accommodated us last minute for a lovely table. We could tell that most people were regular locals but we were made to feel just as welcome for our first visit... As if that wasn’t enough, the food was amazing and very good value for money! Loved it and will definitely return

The food is amazing here!! We had the nicest lunch. The ale was excellent too. Highly recommend a visit. Staff were lovely and friendly too, great music played whilst we had lunch.
Great food, great atmosphere best to book a table always as very popular place to eat and drink. Puddings are fabulous so leave room!
Exactly what you want a great country pub to be. Good local ales. Super food selection with a little adventure for those less keen on the usual staples. Excellent and attentive staff And all very well considered in light of CV19 behaviours.
More like 4.5 stars than 4. Wonderful little pub with very friendly staff and overall very good food. For us the entres and deserts were 5 star but the mains a 4.. Still very nice and the overall experience was great and we would go back if we were in the area again
