It may not be my local but this is by far my pub of first choice. Top notch. The sunday cheese club and rhubarb cider have made me a loyal convert. Lovely staff and such a friendly vibe. By far the best pub for me.

Very warm welcome. Beer excellent. Cheese and onion bap delicious. Pub has won Pub of the Year in Chippenham several times.
Great pub great owners fantastic atmosphere all the locals make you very welcome .definitely going again .some really nice special beers and ciders too
Great real ale CAMRA pub, traditional style bar with very friendly clientele and bar staff. A great selection of local and seasonal ales, we went at Christmas and had two spiced ales and porters. A little off the beaten track and not that welcoming from the outside, but if you like real cask ale then this is the place to drink in Chippenham.
I don't know how this pub is still open.
