Visited the Tavern to have a cpl of much needed cold beers and a game of bingo. The beers went down well just a pity I couldn't say the same for the bingo , still had a good time and hopefully I'll be back next week, wil be looking for a better outcome as never won anything this time but had a few . After bingo tried to have a game of pool, being disabled made this ever so difficult and extremely painful. Won't be trying that again, but for anyone else I would recommend having a few games of pool with the locals.
Stopped here for a coffee on the way to Edinburgh and loved the atmosphere. Very friendly staff and locals, with great suggestions and good banter. Great coffees for a cold day!
