Stole money from me. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had money taken and no item received. They refuse to provide any refund despite me having nothing delivered. They ignored multiple emails I sent over a couple of weeks before finally responding claiming they’ll only give a 50% refund, but they lied and and have not even given that so I’ve lost 55. It seems like a scam and they’ve put up fake reviews - I understand the other negative reviews. After I left their first review on a different site, suddenly a positive review appeared so it looks like they put up a fake one to counter mine. If it is a legitimate site then they are extremely unprofessional. Buying with them is just gambling with your money. ETA: I have not used my own name on this review for anonymity. The owner who has commented on this review know exactly what this is regarding and is lying. My order Reference is #00026 and I’ve attached a screenshot of my order confirmation for the item I never received. I emailed them following their comment below and I was once again ignored. Disgusting.
Bought a light saber for my boyfriend for christmas. Emailed first to make sure the item was in stock and also to get more info. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I purchased and received the item in time for christmas. The pictures do not do the saber justice. Although it doesn't have sound it is perfect for what my boyfriend wants it for. He was extremely happy with the item when he opened it on christmas day and has used it a few times already. I will definitely be using this site again and already eyeing up a couple of items for my birthday and also my boyfriends birthday. Awesome site!
