The Sweet & Lowdown were a fantastic wedding band. They were hugely popular with our guests and really entertaining. Helen was also very communicative in the run up to the wedding and responded quickly to questions. We couldn't have asked for more. We'd recommend them very highly.

They played our wedding and were amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better band. They went out of their way to learn a somewhat strange first dance song for us as well. Highly recommend!
The band were exceptional - we only heard great feedback about them from friends and family afterwards. They played the first dance song we wanted despite only a few days notice, played three exceptional sets through the night and had the dance floor full every time they took to the stage.
Fantastic band, cannot rate them highly enough. They made the evening of the wedding day perfect.

Booking The Sweet & Lowdown was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Sooo many of our guests complimented us on how fantastic they were; asking us where we had found them, could we send them their details etc. They just set our venue alight and all our guests were on the dance floor having the time of their lives. Not only that but they are completely professional, flexible and trustworthy. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending them!!!
Amazing band. veeeery wide range of covers (from 1920s to Rage Against the Machine) and all of them sounded amazing. Our venue had an unexpected challenge, one of those Db limiters which cause to cut the power when exceeding a - usually low - level. They were very chilled about it and dealt with it very well. (I'm play music and I know how annoying those are). Can't recommend them more. D
Played at our Masonic Ladies Night at the Winter Gardens, Margate. A fantastic band and kept the dance floor filled all night with over 250 people.
