I’d been told they cook to the same recipes as Downeys on the seafront, & they certainly tasted as good, but are about 2/3’s the price. The medium fish & chips was a generous size, the fish was flaky but firm & the batter super crispy, the chips lovely & tasty, & the curry sauce, albeit a slightly too thick consistency, tasted like a good curry sauce should. All for 5.50! I called ahead with my order before stopping by in the car & then headed off to enjoy them with a sea view. I definitely won’t be paying over the odds on the seafront again!

Lovely fish and chips shame about the price quite dear when you have family to buy for and only limited income would visit more often if prices where cheaper ️ plenty of choice and freshly cooked yummy
