Small tea room, with lovely homemade cakes. Lunch was really tasty and the guys are great. After walking around and looking at different menus, happy to end op here.
Lovely, quaint little tea shop. It's cosy & akin to being in someone's house. Owners Dave & Steve are perfect people pleasers & their range of afternoon & high teas is extensive. All cakes are home-made & their scones are served hot & crispy. Go here for great food & great service with a smile.
Had a lovely relaxing lunch. Food well presented and very tasty. The gentlemen who run it are attentive and friendly. Excellent service.
My friends and I visited this deightful little teashop whilst in the area on our holiday in Devon. The afternoon tea with fresh sandwiches, snacks and cream tea was most delicious, as was the tea made with real tea leaves and served in a proper teapot. all the crockery was bone china and food was very well presented. My friends two dogs were made welcome and sat quietly under the table throughout our meal. The two gentlemen that have owned and run the place for the past 20 years were lovely and the gentleman that was front of shop and serving was a pure delight, friendly, welcoming and charming. All in all a very pleasant experience which I would happily repeat and hope to visit again before we leave.
