Good: Despite other reviews saying otherwise, we found the buses to be on time. They were clean and informative (with an audio track being played during the journey detailing what we could see.) Our driver, a Zimbabwean man, was friendly and helpful. Bad: The website is misleading and needs updating. Some of the information is outdated and has the wrong links. It states 'prices from' making you think tickets are cheaper than they are, but they are all child ticket prices. A lot of the copy is taken from the English Heritage website, and is not their own. There is an 'all inclusive' ticket option which states it includes the cathedral, but the then you have to book a time at the cathedral, which takes you to a site to buy a ticket for 8 (so it is not included). Apparently this is a 'technical issue' but again this is a poor website- the links are incorrect (we found out these is another link that is meant to take you to a website that doesn't require you to pay an extra 8). In the end we sorted this out directly with the cathedral. Stonehenge and the surrounding areas are impressive. Unfortunately, it is very expensive for what it is but sadly Wiltshire Council seem to allow it. Stonehenge is part of the UK's history and should be accessible via public transport - and for an affordable price - to the public. This monopoly on the route and site is not very fair.

Late late and late. Do not pay for this tour, we cant get a train on time (already booked) because the bus is very late. In schedule from stonehenge it would depart at 13.43 but it is 14.13 .If it has more than 1 tour company of Salisbury this tour will not get some money.

The two buses i took were on time and the drivers were helpful explaining things. The audio guide on the bus was useful too. It's pretty expensive for what you get out of it...but that might be because Stonehenge entry tickets are expensive in general

I used their bus and ticketing service during the off season for tourism and had a good experience. I bought the combined ticket for the ride, Stonehenge, Old Sarum, and Salisbury and I could comfortably see everything starting at 10am and finishing by 4pm. The bus was punctual and reliable at each stop. I recommend getting on at Salisbury Station instead of the city center stations, so that you can get a better seat on the upper floor of the bus.

I would give them 0 star. NEVER EVER EVER buy any tickets from this company!!!! 2 of us and 3 others were waiting at the bus stop for more than 2.5 hours and NO BUS came! We all had to WALK BACK to the town! I sent a COMPLAINT EMAIL, TWICE, and NO ONE replied. The WORST company EVER. Only buy from them only when you absolutely want to RUIN your holidays. REPEAT: NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR BUS.
