During lockdown we thoroughly enjoyed the 10 takeaway option. First class service, very generous portions and delicious food. Highly recommended. (Presentation is mine at home !! Not all of the stew was served here - such a large portion .)

This is a lovely restaurant and public house... Its secluded setting is beautiful, the benue itself homely and rustic. Staff are really helpful The food is awesome. Beef & Oxtail pie was really good, seasonal veggies, awesome mash. Good kids options Beer well kept and poured. Cider crisp and cold Liked the bathroom signage Hope to visit again soon

Literally the best Sunday lunch we've ever had. Food was amazing!! This place just keeps getting better. And felt very 'covid safe' too xxx

Lovely country pub - varied menu and well priced. Popular so do book a table, but it’s popular for a reason. We were from out of town on a little break but I wouldn’t hesitate to return if we were local. Good service, good selection of drinks highly recommended Nice little outdoor seating area for a drink in the summer.
