When lock down came I was away from home with limited wool. It could have been a disaster but the Stitching Elmers stepped up to the mark and my order was dispatched by mail order soon after I placed it. Great value and free postage over 25. (They do a delivery service on the Isle of Wight for 1- and ship nationally and internationally) I am still away due to lock down and have just received my second order. Fantastic service and many members of my #golivegranny community are now also happy customers - Delighted that I can keep on knitting!

What excellent customer service I get from this local family business. I have enjoyed visiting the shop in person but now we are in a pandemic - I am dellighted that the family have upped their game to offer local deliveries on the Isle of Wight for 1 and are offering global mail order. Delighted that usually I order one day and get the next. Recently I got caught in the lockdown away from home but have benefitted from the mail order and the speed of the service has been amazing.
