Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. They have facilities to try sticks and ensure you're buying the right product, tailored to you. COVID- their covid policy is very good, actively managing entry to the shop, they have a track and trace QR code, hand sanitizer and limit the numbers. Masks are worn by all staff and public.
Helpful as always despite the extra precautions for social distancing.
